Chow is a charming local area chain, great for a casual lunch, brunch, and dinner. Many of the starters are good possibilities, so you can cobble together a few of those for a meal like, ½ wood-baked Artichoke, Minestrone soup, and shaved Fall vegetables (sans green goddess dressing). Salads are an obvious choice like the organic greens salad, and many of the other salads can be special ordered without cheese. The entrees are less adaptable but they do have Garden Vegetable Noodles with tofu, as well as a few vegetable based side dishes. Good wine list, and a cozy atmosphere make this place quite lovely.

I've already mentioned this in my post, Celebration which should tell you how much I adore this restaurant. They have amazing food and even more amazing cocktails, and a wide selection of vegan appetizers, entrées and desserts. But more important than that, Gather stands for so many of the things I believe in: sustainability, compassionate food practices, the local food movement. They are doing so much good for the environment, and the food industry as a whole. I am continually impressed by their menu, their employees, and their overall attitude. I feel so lucky that this place is close to where I live! The menu is obviously seasonally influenced, so these dishes may no longer be available, but I particularly enjoyed the smoky borlotti beans starter, the vegetable pizza with cashew cream, and the masala infused cocktail. This restaurant is perfect for special occasions, as well as casual lunches or brunches, so go here as soon as possible You don't want to miss this place!
